All close ups of my face are in colours in this album. The first
portraits were taken during my first photo session ever of this kind
at the age of 57 in June 2015. Since then I have spent another three
photo sessions with the same photographer. All sessions are located
in Barcelona, Spain, or nearby. Every summer I spend my vacation
there. I love the atmosphere of the city.

Pictures in this album were taken on the very spot that Woody Allen
shot one of the famous kissing scenes in his Barcelona-movie
Vicky Christina Barcelona from 2008. I was actually there when
the shooting took place the year before. The pier is located in the heart of the
Olympic Village at Barceloneta Beach.

The pictures in this album are in black and white. They are not
manipulated in any particular way as they were meant to be in black
and white. You will find a mixture of portraits and posing pictures
from my debut photo shooting in June 2015.

Very little did I know that the bachelor flat of my photographer,
located in the heart of the Cornellą del Llobregat, was blessed by
a huge balcony, well hidden from the outside world. The flat is
located some 20 minutes by metro heading south of Barcelona. In this
album you will find one of my most famous pictures ever where I am
ready to serve the guest of honour his cup of afternoon coffee.

Close to the left bank of the Llobregat River at Cornellą de
Llobregat there is a desolate area surrounded by high fences and
wild bushes. Getting on the inside one early morning we found a wide
open space to experiment sun and shadow.

Many times I have spotted Delta del Llobregat while arriving at El
Prat Airport from the south. It has always occurred to me to be
covered by low vegetation. I could not be more wrong the late
afternoon my photographer took me there. The wall of vegetation was
twice my height. I could hear
the sound of ducks, wild cats and rats seek hiding from the «intruders».

Sometimes you feel the need to be somewhat naughty. The location of
of pictures is an industrial area in the outskirts of
Barcelona. The entrance is clearly marked by the simple words of «No
trespassing». We all know how tempting it is to bend the rules at times. This album contains some of the more «daring» and
famous pictures in my gallery.

I am not in bed because I need to rest. I am in bed because I want
to exploit the reflection of daylight coming in through the window. Again my photographer has been so kind
to open his bachelor flat to experiment with light. He managed to
create a setting where I seem to float in a river while light is
playing with my body.

I find myself at the El Prat Airport Terminal 1. I had to cross the
parking lot to get to the underground path leading to the quiet
beach located south of the airport. Since it was dark outside, I
wanted to experiment with electric light. We have all seen pictures
of bodybuilding competitions where the stage light is adding the
little extra of beauty to sculptured bodybuilders. This was the
location of my stage this evening. My body was in the spotlight.

I do not know the exact amount of kilograms I have lifted since I
started to lift weights at a regular basis at the age of 25. I was
75 kilos then, now I have reached 112. The series of pictures
are all from my gym in Oslo.

I have always been fascinated by architecture. The temptation to do
a series of poses in the backyard of La Sagrada Famķlia became too
strong. The monumental building in Barcelona is one of the finest

Oslo's Opera House is located right at the harbour, with an angled,
white exterior that appears to rise from the water. It invites
visitors to climb the roof and enjoy panoramic views of Oslo and the
fjord. The roof top is ideal for photo shoot.

The Vigeland Park is the world’s largest sculpture park made by a
single artist. The lifework of Gustav Vigelands counts for more than
200 sculptures in bronze, granite and wrought iron. No wonder that
this is the place where I got the inspiration to start shooting
pictures. The park was completed between 1939 and 1949.
